SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?
Custom pieces take time because they’re made just for you. Please allow 15–20 business days for personalized jewelry to be created and delivered.
For non-custom items, orders typically arrive within 12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order is on its way.

How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll get an email with tracking details and your estimated delivery date. We don’t send tracking until the item has shipped.

What happens after I place my order?
We begin processing right away. Your item is carefully produced in partnership with our trusted manufacturers and fulfilled with care. All shipments are sent via USPS.

Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders are final once placed. We’re unable to make changes or cancellations after checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Pay Later.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but we’re working on it. We can’t wait to bring KAECHE worldwide.


CARE

Our pieces are tarnish-resistant, but a little care goes a long way.
To keep your shine:

• Avoid perfume, water, and harsh chemicals
• Store in a dry, safe place
• Wipe clean with a soft cloth as needed


RETURNS

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is made or packaged with care, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
